Cafe Chavalos is a school for culinary arts. The Chavalos make up a team of young people who grew up in the surrounding barrios or lived on the streets of Granada. The kitchen is now their classroom where they create delectable cuisine for the many diners who visit their cafe. Under the tutelage of their teacher Chef Sergio Canudas, the Chavalos serve with pride.
Los Chavalos (The Kids) learn their craft by serving you. By patronizing their Cafe you will support an important effort in changing lives for the better.
