Paddington Station is the London terminal for trains traveling from the following cities in the south west of the country: Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, Swindon, Plymouth, Exeter, Bristol and Bath, and also for trains from Reading and Oxford.

By Tube

Paddington mainline station is served by no less than 3 sets of Tube lines, each with their own platforms inside the station complex:

• Paddington (District Line, Circle Line)
• Paddington (Bakerloo Line)
• Paddington (Hammersmith & City Line)

Beyond Paddington itself, a number of other Tube stations make access to this district convenient:

• Bayswater (District Line, Circle Line)
• Queensway (Central Line)

Sure the rooms are tiny, but that's where the resemblance to other London hotels ends. The rooms are immaculate, the plumbing is perfect, the decor is beautiful, and the fitness room is brand new. To top it all off the staff is helpful and friendly. It would be hard to find a better hotel value in the UK. £70/£120 singles/doubles.
