The major regions of interest to tourists:

Torguguero, accessible by boat, located in the Northern part of Limon. Limon city - for most tourists, a stopover place, although the central market is worth a visit, as is the city during Carnival Cahuita/Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, the south Caribbean Coast. Bribri and the Reserva Indigena Bribri y Cabecar Sixaola/Panamanian border: Banana territory
