Drive or fly. The Chippewa Valley Airport is located on the North side of town. This is a public airport. The airport has 4 commercial flights, running daily, operated by Mesaba Airlines and Pinnacle Airlines operating as Northwest Airlink. Most U.S. destinations are available within 2-3 hours, afte trasfering to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
