A few carriers fly here, but your best bet is Saudi Arabian Airlines which offers flights to many major destionations across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. Another option is to fly Dubai based EMIRATES and connect throught them.

Riyadh is starting to open itself up thanks to the efforts of the Supreme Commission on Tourism. Most notable strip for Riyadh will be Thaliah Street. This main road boasts a couple of restaurants such as Applebees, Chilli's, and a few local brands.
Riyadh is primarily flat, but the Skybridge of the Kingdom Tower will give you an impressive sight of the Nadj Desert.
Head down towards the Makkah Road for 30 minutes, and you'll end up in the Tuwaiq Escarpment. Here you will get a good feel of the desert with dunes and buttresses.

Almost everything is punishable and alot by death (usually by be-heading). Women, make sure to cover every inch of your body! especially if you intend to use public spaces like shopping centres. Men. The same usually a islamic robe is the best way to go. Homosexualls. Just dont come here! its not like any reasonable place on earth were its exepted. If you and your partiner are planning to stay in a hotel make sure to book two rooms as the staff could report you for indecent behaviour.
