Is this a character issue? All I see is little squares...

Yeah, it's in Arabic script. It's gotta be either Farsi or Arabic -- my guess would be Farsi.

I replaced the Arabic text with a stub and template. If anyone reads the original language and can data-mine for some useful tips, it'd be appreciated. --Evan 11:53, 25 Apr 2004 (EDT)

It is Persian (Farsi). Here's the translation I got through a friend from his coorespondant in Iran:
