Wikitravel's new logo is Compass Star by User:Mark. Archives of the selection process:

Thanks to Wikitravel user Gutza, we now have a shiny new logo to call our very own. The results of our logo contest were indisputable. No vote was necessary, as Gutza's entry was obviously the only possible choice.
